-company into huge financial debt -6 out of 8 products are shut down. 1 new product yet to launch (have been hearing since september) but most core engineers working on it are fired. even their engineering manager had no clue and only got to know about it when his team could not log in to their slack after daily standup -ceo wrote a big long email mentioning company restructuring(note:also mentioned "this is not a performance disengagement") but did not pay variables to any of the employees citing performance issues when being asked.quite an irony. -forced employees to resign on their own else their termination is on same day. lots of firing just in time only to save themselves from paying employee variables -most of the recent good reviews are just forced reviews by hr and management (got to know from current employees) -senior management (ceo,senior EMs,senior PMs) hired multiple candidates during last year funding but have poor direction in what to be built -hired some top talents from across the companies last year but could not retain them due to the management's lack of direction -you go to office and you will find everyone looking for a job -zero empathy, zero inclusion for new joiners
