Pros

The best reason? You’ll find SOME great people here. Kind people and coworkers always make a bad place a little bit better. 3pm Fridays all-year-round.

Cons

Lack of process. Lack of respect. Lack of good management. Lack of good reasons to stay. There is no growth here in terms of your position and your salary. The owners are greedy and stingy. The office is packed full of boxes. In the winter, some parts of the office have zero heat just like in the summer it has zero A/C. They continuously stack boxes where fire marshalls told them not to. A lot of the upper management here have an ego with zero good experience to back it up. It’s a constant fight and battle between different departments. It’s like the Wild West. There’s always passive aggressiveness when it’s not needed. Every second was exhausting even if you were not a part of the drama. The office is filthy, people don’t know how to flush or clean after themselves. Elevators often break down and everyday I wished a box would fall from a tall place and take me out. I stayed for my team who the majority were great people but the leader of my team and other upper heads left a bad taste in my mouth. Oh and 10 PTO with only 1 WFH day is criminal.
