      Pros

      Great camaraderie among the employees. Good work/life balance. The technology is great in many respects.

      Cons

      Executive team and upper management seemed checked out towards the end of my tenure. No investment in staff, no respect for the culture that preceded them.

      Good work life balance, promoted remote work.

      Cons

      Felt like a small, disorganized startup. Some departments are understaffed and required to do the work of multiple. Because it’s understaffed, internal processes/workflows are VERY VERY slow. People don’t seem too interested in the improving, but rather keeping their job and coasting. You’re required to go in office if you have one nearby.
