There are some wonderful, talented, and knowledgeable people who work at many of their properties, from guest services all the way up to general managers.
Cons
The CEO, Phil Green, is a major cause of this company's problems. He is erratic and irrational when it comes to making business decisions. Employees often spend their time on tasks that provide little benefit and are often asked to reverse course months later or have the project dropped completely. Communication is a HUGE issue. You often learn of major changes that affect you from people in other departments or outside of the company entirely. They are behind the times when it comes to advances in technology and business practice. You don't spend your time leading the industry, rather struggling to catch up.
