Pros

- Good salary - Decent people

Cons

- Working as a contractor and you have no option, even if you do not like your account, they will not do anything about it. - Being a contractor means not getting to know your actual team a lot and not belonging to any company - Most accounts are banks so you will probably work in one, consider it again if you don't like banks and care about your technical development - HR calls every week to check until you are unsatisfied with something. They will say that they care but when you have a problem they stop calling. - Account changes are not welcomed until you work there for 1-2 years

Pros

- They always pay your salary on time if there is no problem. - You may find yourself in good team at outsourced companies. But it is double edged sword. - Has got good marketing team. Whatever they do, they will advertise it. - Has got full remote work option. - Has a chance to see different accounts for new grad or junior developers.

Cons

- Corporate culture evolves around "if there is a problem, unsee it". This is most characteristic image of failed corporal company. Toxicity stinks all over the room when talking with management teams. - HR promise alot of benefits during recruitment stage, they even forget what they promise. You will get nothing other than salary, meal pack, private health insurance. - Rapid and uncontrolled grow in headcount causes missmanagement and underskilled person gets middle manager positions. - No promotion/reward for skill and performance. Only your workyear counts for ranks so do for salary raise. It does not matter how well you did during quarter and got amazing review notes from account. Your manager will decide that you are underperforming. Your note can drop down from 10 to 6(7 is min ok point). - If you are outsourced consultant, you are on your own during dealing with problems. Obss wont care about you. - People who are close to upper management often placed in manager positions. Prepare to deal with mid. manager ego while joining obss. - For outsource consultants, you may never get payments of overworks. Do not believe the lie HR tells you. Also, there is no payment for forced work trips. Save money for rent+transportation.

Pros

They're good at telling lies. I think that can be considered as pros because most people can not do that.

Cons

They're looking for cheap labor. In order to do that they offer fake hopes to employees.
