Full on position, full on company. Team Leader and Managers expect and rely on you too much - Most of them do not have any idea about the System or Products, yes, even the team leader of support doesn't have a clue about the system! Meetings all the time- they can be really early in morning or quite late at night, so forget about your social life. Also you have to keep yourself up to day with all the new releases, bugs fixing and any information has been passed mouth to mouth. Please note level of negligence from this company was so terrible that I couldn't cope after formally complained about my manager (there were 2 more people complaining about this too and nothing was done), how useless my team leader was, the workflow (every day was worse as more people were resigning) and the pressure of the job itself.
