OCP NA has a very toxic work environment that provides no opportunities for growth, with a clear lack of leadership. Management has no respect or empathy for employees, and fosters a condescending environment. Employees were afforded little to no flexibility during the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, as management had a very rigid and antiquated view on ensuring all staff quickly returned in-person to the office before most were comfortable. There is constant staff turnover as a result of the terrible work environment.
