      I have been associated with this organisation for last 2 years, not only me, most of the people has already spent their 5,10 and 15 years with this organisation in India as well as in US. There is no any bench system here, you always have work in your plate. Most Imp. upgraded technologies being used in development.

      Enhance the testing techniques or bring some testing tools, and also enhance the project management processes.
