I work for OCS Consulting for more than 5 years now. I rejected any other offers received in the meantime from head hunters, no matter how good they were, because OCS is what I am looking for, in terms of a company. I find here: care, compassion, support for my needs, opportunity to progress, constant motivation and mostly excellent colleagues (at any level). OCS is like a professional family for me: with good and less good like in any family, but still a very functional family.
Cons
Of course, if you are looking for a big company with its style and huge salaries, then OCS is not for everyone.
It's just like in a movie: after finishing it, some may say it was excellent, other won't resonate with it and say it wasn't good enough. It's normal, one size doesn't fit all.
Hires fresh graduates and trains them.
Join and work if no option, please keep interviewing and quit ASAP.
Cons
The management is dinosaurs from 1960s with archiac ways of working.
During covid the management did not allow 'work from home' or expats to travel and visit family.
Pay is 🥜 and explotation of hiring fresh grads under the market rate identifying a loophole in the Dutch system.
Imports expats to exploit and pay way below their talent and quality.
Work life balance non-existent and harrassment of employees.
