The company's management is decent but could be more organized.
Very capable of winning Government Contracts at different agencies. Relatively decent at hiring folks for positions and staffing them to the Government. Run-of-the-mill benefits.
Cons
Makes a lot of money by charging high rates for staff to the Government, but pays the lowest amount possible to the actual workers. Provides a lot of lip service to valuing people and wanting to treat employees like family. For corporate staff, the expectation is a tremendous sacrifice of hours.
They will low ball you on your salary requirement. I had to negotiate several times before excepting my offer after I informed them on my expectation up front. That was frustrating.
