Could be a good place for work if you like the field. There are some greatly skilled individuals.
Cons
Total lack of management, to company is italian and there is no way toget decisions made in the us. Most managers if you can call them that even, are in retirement age or just waiting for it. All young fellow engineers that joined in the past left within a couple if years
