Pros
An amazing company to work for. Period. One of the most enriching experiences of my professional career. They breed entrepreneurship at OGS. This is a place where all employees are strongly encouraged to take ownership of challenging projects and they are given the support they need from the top and throughout the company. I learned so much as a Program Manager for this company and I was lucky enough to be apart of an exciting acquisition. No one is "just a number" here and the leaders of the company, Omar and Garrett, personally ensure that no one feels like they are.
Cons
As is common with companies that are entrepreneurially focused, there were frequent directional shifts in strategy, but only a con to those that don't enjoy the challenge of discovering what works best.
