Pros

- Some of the best benefits around. Very progressive company. - A wholesome, non-cringe, not overdone, family like culture. - Opportunities to not only further your job role with the company, but to further your career as well. They are understanding of this. - They care about the employee! - High Expectations, and if you like a challenge, this is your place. -- To follow that up, everyone is treated equally. Even the family & friends that work together. - Work from home, 100%. - Ability for in-person conferences, reunion events & other possibilities as they arise. - Leadership is very responsive and excels in communication.

Cons

- High Expectations, also a con for some, if that's not your thing, don't work here. - Due to the above, if professional communication is not your thing, it may not be a good fit. Communication is vital here and anything unprofessional or not fully thought out will not work here. - Leadership is still learning navigate the company to stay inline with the vision and/or direction of the future of growth so everyone involved understands the goal.

Pros

OIT VoIP is a continuously improving, dynamic, engaging, and (sometimes frustrating) tech company that I highly recommend you consider working at. - Some of the best benefits I've seen in the MSP/ITSP/Vendor Channel - A genuine approach to DEI that isn't some ham-fisted checkbox; Everyone is empowered to be their best. - There is a process for everything (and its documented) - Clearly defined teams with (mostly) clearly defined roles. - Clear expectations - Tools and Resources to achieve expectations - Clear and open paths to express areas for improvement. - Actually cares about core values and staff culture (for real) - A seriously huge amount of fun at work.

Cons

Like any medium-sized business, OIT can sometimes be slower to adopt employee suggested changes than we'd prefer. - Process and SOP's are adhered to. Sometimes to the point of frustration. This is both good and aggravating. - Midle Management team is relatively young on management journey. Sometimes you need to manage up a little (great people though) - CEO has HIGH expectations. If you're mouthy like me, you'll be given the chance to speak up, but you better be ready to play ball. - Not Enough Tacos (you'll have to ask in your interview)
