      Pros

      -HR pulling legs to modernize the office with perks, benefits, keeping employees happy -HR responsive with inner office problems -Project managers really invested in IDP/licensure/education -A few seriously outstanding, supportive, talented individuals

      Cons

      -Dry environment -Hierarchal, design not an option for lower levels -Passive aggressive behavior within management -Large turnover rate -Lack of interesting projects -Not for those looking for creative work -IT pains -Outdated rules and regulations

      Pros

      Good experience, decent variety of projects leads to great experience for younger staff. Sometimes fun culture.

      Cons

      Overworked staff often leads to Burnout culture, lack of staff diversity. Compensation is low compared to other offices especially considering workload. Very “what have you done lately” mentality, you can expect to have to fight for lowball salary raises even after years of service or loyalty through tough understaffed projects.
