Pros

Some of the best people to work with.

Cons

Everyone is underwater and leadership has no real authority to make any changes. It used to be a great place work, but since being acquired by the Brandtech group, it's become a total disaster. Everyone's overworked, underpaid, and generally pretty miserable.
