Good place to work

Pros

Great money. Nice people to work with.

Cons

Messy and disorganised, confused tasks and titles. Minor roles but had worked for long terms like to take over the main manager's position with incompetencies and bully behavior.

Work life balance

Pros

The company offers good work-life balance and a supportive team culture, which I appreciated during my time there. Colleagues are generally helpful and easy to work with. However, your experience can vary quite a bit depending on the account you’re placed on, as some projects may be more demanding than others.

Cons

Not a con - All of the work revolves around adaptation rather than original creative development, so there may be fewer opportunities for creative thinking. That said, it can be well-suited for those who value structured, consistent work.
