      Good Environment but Long Hours

      Pros

      1.) interesting projects 2.) smart and capable engineering team 3.) people are nice and helpful 4.) OLMM is under new management. They now offer upgraded dental, vision and chiropractor/acupuncture insurance.

      Cons

      1.) still working on developing in-house standards 2.) long hours (but this seems to be trend anywhere you go).

      No Vision Insurance? Go to Costco!

      flexible work hours and non stressful work environment.

      Cons

      Benefits are considerably worse than other comparable companies. They don't offer dental or vision insurance, and if you ask the owner's wife about vision insurance, she would tell you to go to Costco to get your eye exam and glasses, because it's affordable there...
