      Extremely Low Pay - Toxic Work Culture

      - Good Learning Curve - Exposure to various fields of work - Decent usage of latest technology

      Cons

      - Excessive Micromanagement - Employee exploitation - Work hours abuse - Extremely low pay : a blue collar worker can earn more than an undergraduate - 1 Year contract - you are forced to work for them for at least 1 year - Severe internet restriction: Company expects us to learn things from YouTube but guess what? YouTube is banned on the Office WiFi!

      No benefit. No local management, Every decision would be first asked by the management in Head Office which is in Sharjah. No Growth in development too.
