- severe lack in communication between almost all levels. we are consistently told that the 'higher ups' dont even know about pay rises, recruitment, layoffs - who does? - over the last 6 months so many people have left the company and they seemingly dont do much about it other than stretching others across accounts and pushing more work to the external resourcing company - a lot of the seniors keep to themselves and create an unenjoyable culture between execs/managers/leaders. creates an environment in which you dont feel like you can approach or discuss things with them - appeals rarely get heard or actioned - aircon is criminal with almost every client I know complaining about how bad it is in the office - severe lack in training with execs really having to find their own feet as they are told to just complete some Google exams for example. other agencies have actual classes to improve those who just joined which leads to more skilled staff down the line. - promotions hard to come by with some people being ignored even though they work well above their level and senior leadership are aware of it
