Great Coworkers, Good environment, Free health insurance

Cons

Owner scams Medicaid, charging for more staff than he assigns to take care of developmentally disabled clients, putting both staff and DD clients at risk just so he can put more money in his pocket. He takes advantage of those who need our help the most... Not easy on the conscience.
