      We team at OMSE are always looking to build each other up. Creativity thrives where there's confidence - ensuring each member of the team is heard and know their ideas are valued. It's a close knit team where you'll get to know all members well—creating a great working environment.

      Pros

      Hyper-creative, wildly experimental work environment, highly collaborative on projects, and a really solid work/life balance (with a great network if you're new in town). The variety of work that OMSE does will keep any creative engaged. OMSE is fairly new, but moving quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my timethere, and life-permitting I would definitely have stayed.

      Cons

      Small team, which may not be to some people's taste, but ideal for me.
