Beware working at the Milton office of OMVE Americas

If you’re working at head office in the Netherlands (OMVE Europe), it’s a good place to work. Great people and nice offices. RRSP program and almost 5 weeks vacation, with flexible scheduling. Work life balance is good. I liked the CEO.
Cons
No health benefits. Avoid working in the OMVE Americas office at all costs. Toxic workplace poor treatment of employees. Many employees under current management have had on-going issues, but problems have not been sufficiently handled despite the fact that issues have been on-going for several years. HR and owner of company are well aware of these on-going issues but have not taken any steps to fix the core issues, resulting in many good people leaving the company as a result.
