Pros
Coworkers are easy to get to know and work with. Helps strengthen the company. Organized structure and everyone is willing to help each other. Lots of trade show events to get involved in and opportunities to learn about new products. Thanks to the size and closeness, everyone is appreciative of everyone else's work and they recognize when you put in your best work.
Cons
The nature of the industry means times of high workload and times of low workload. When in times of low workload, it's hard to find or make work. It can lead to a very long 9 hours. Due to the size and nature of the company, there's little to no room to move around (promotions, new roles, etc.)

Pros
Onexia has an ok working environment. Very good benefits, a very nice 401k program in particular. Management is generally respectful of lower level employees.
Cons
Management seems to always be looking for "get rich quick" type solutions to larger problems. The more "lowly" employees have little to no input in initial phases of projects.
