      Pros

      The people here are very passionate and skilled at what they do, great fun at social events, a real sense of companionship.

      Cons

      Late pays on multiple occasions with no warnings, causing stress and insecurity. Money from salaries going to pensions, but no pension accounts set up. Poor company structure, lack of experience and processes, no rewards for good work, no reprimands for unwanted behaviour. People are stressed and unmotivated due to poor communication and breach of trust.

      - 4 day work week - A lot of really great people on the team - Fairly social

      Cons

      - Paid late on multiple occasions with no warning - We pay pension but pension accounts do not exist - Leadership is non-existant with little regard for employees - Clients fruequently leaving unhappy - Pay freeze for the past year - Very poor internal communication - No training budget - No proper employee benefits apart from 4-day work week - Very poor employee retention - Too much ego in leadership with 'do as I say not as I do' attitude - No career development - Pay is less than market rate - Very poor company structure

      4 day work week. Socials.

      Cons

      Unqualified people in management positions causing the company to fail on multiple fronts. At least every other month late payment. Pension contributions not going into pension accounts but instead someplace else. No motivation or incentive to improve. No training opportunities. Lack of clients and client retention.
