      Hiring people with no integrity

      Pros

      They're really good at avoiding communication Throwing people under the bus who don't fit there Clambering over each other to jockey for position Lying to get what you want

      Cons

      There are certain members of the team who lack any core integrity The product team doesn't appear to have much experience building software Don't understand software development process and are constantly discarding any and all established processes. Seriously, if you're an engineer and you are remotely interested in working here, make sure you ask and awful lot of questions. You won't get the answers you need, but go in with your eyes wide open. There are plenty of yellow flags.

      I work here and it's great

      Pros

      Well funded and they budget and hire what they need to to get the job done! Yes they ask you to push when it is time to push, but they pay and know what it takes to make a goal a reality. I also love their market fit/product funnel processes, very well led. Latest/greatest tools.

      Cons

      Some variety in the free food may be reduced when we move to the slick new space.

      Pros

      1- I personally connect with the mission of the company. We're working to solve a problem that everyone can relate to. 2- The people I work with are kind, driven, and interested in finding solutions to some really complex problems. 3- I'm forced to get better. This is a group of people who will challenge you at every turn to be the best at your craft.

      Cons

      None. It's an amazing culture.
