OPEG is not a job it is a career oppurtunity. This job truly changes lives. The company will give you the proper training needed to successfully open and manage your own business. The reward is unlimited. You will go as far as you let yourself go!!!
Cons
If you are not wlling to put in the time and hard work this is not the career for you.

Pros
There are 2 really strong pros about working at OPEG....the first is that the management cares a lot about the people that work there. They are constantly training and developing the employees and have a true passion for teaching people how to be entrepreneurs. The second is the work environment. It doesn't feel like going to work most of the time because we have so much fun!!!
Cons
You are constantly pushed out of your comfort zone. There are always new things that we are learning and usually with learning something new comes a little bit of an uncomfortable feeling at first!
