      Pros

      Probably great if you are based in Vietnam or Romania otherwise don’t even think about it. Some good people, some good products

      Cons

      Leadership is awful, HR is worse. Direction blows in the wind or whatever mood the CEO is in. No benefits, bad pay compared to everyone in the industry. Overworked and underpaid is normal. Staff churn is massive. People disappear all the time, no one knows if they left or were sacked. So many products, most are not fit for purpose. Trying to get anything done is almost impossible, even simple things. More like a political party than a business, everyone backstabs each other for a seat at the table.

      Pros

      - The people, but most of them have been fired or left. - The snacks are okay, but those were canceled with the dinner program. - You learn how not to run a company

      Cons

      - The majority of managers are sheep and will do anything to save their own skin. - The CEO prioritizes "productivity" over the health of his employees. - Lots of pivoting. CEO changes his mind a lot... so the company's direction seemingly changes every couple of months. - To say that there is no culture would be a lie... The culture is fear. - Loyalty is a one-way street here, they ask for 150% but will let you go for having an opinion. If you are not a robot, please do not apply. - I've seen 4-5 generations of marketing departments in the span of 2 years, I wouldn't bother applying for marketing positions here.
