Pros
In terms of member services there was a very positive work culture- flexibility to work from home, professional development opportunities, good benefits, friendly staff.
Cons
The organization has gone through a number of changes recently including a new CEO and lots of lay offs. Due to the structure of the organization and recent changes it's a very political work environment. The relatively flat organizational structure did not provide many opportunities for upward mobility.
