      High performance focus so long hours at times

      Pros

      Staff are all focussed on high performance, collaboration and supporting each other given the very fast pace. Incredibly important and high profile projects and every team member can have a direct impact on outcomes. Staff grow very quickly.

      Cons

      As with all consulting, this is not a 9-5 job. Long hours at times.

      Working with people with lots of experience in social market research Medium sized business, you get to know the people you work with well

      The occasional long hours, although this is typically confined to the peak times of the year
