      Very supportive for employees balancing work, kids, school, and life in general. Having a hybrid work environment is extremely valuable to all employees.

      Cons

      Not everyone is treated fairly - it depends on who your leader is. This is a flat organization so there is no room for advancement unless someone leaves.
