      Pros

      The team I work with are phenomenal, too bad other areas of the credit union are not as good.

      Cons

      The pettiness of upper management is so unprofessional. Recent promotion were not based on merit of any kind. Apparently you can be promoted by going to lunch with upper management. People are placed in positions where they do not posses the skill to perform the basic job duties. But these "managers" are making decisions that affect the entire credit union.

      This used to be a phenomenal credit union and place to work. Thanks to the current and former CEO and the current COO, this place is on a slippery slope down hill

      Executive management is a joke, HR cannot be trusted

      Pros

      Health Benefits, 401-K plan with 50% contribution up to 6%. Multiple locations.

      Cons

      Inexperienced managers. Promote those that do the least work. Managers kiss their way up and get promotions for being absent from their department. Lots of favoritism among friends. The employees that actually work are walked on like a door mat. Their opinion is not valued. HR will support weak management. Don't waste your time going to HR with any issue. They are cold mindless robots which are told to back up mgt. No matter what.
