The OT Team is so friendly and supportive. We have built a great culture and all support each other within the field. There are opportunities to specialize in areas of interest and the company provides internal PD based on your need. The company is also responsive to feedback, resulting in changes to policies and procedures as required.
Cons
KPIs are a stressor in most NDIS related roles. ORS does have a varies caseload, which does benefit those wanting experience with all types of clients but can contribute to additional stress and limited areas of expertise.
