WORSE & BULLY HR LEADER

Pros

Nothing can be noticed as good about this person in my view.

Cons

HR Leader is no 1 BULLY towards the employees. This is up to the manager level employees. Exclusion is only to VP Operations, Finance VP, CTO, GM India, GM Japan and CEO. HR Leader does not reflect any leadership quality and surprising CEO neither management team see this behavior of HR VP. Maybe they aware but allow or welcome this because impact only on poor low level employees. Every time this raised to CEO being ignored and request to speak to direct manager come from above 5 people. Any change happen which is NO since no impact on them. Employee do not feel safe talking or approach VP HR. HR team also heavily influenced by VP HR behavior and attitude in recent days. They also had transformed into some level of same approach towards employees both in KL and India location. Only Japan is not impacted because Japan staff directly can complain to the parent company in Japan. Not sure HR Leader understand what is the meaning of employee welfare and what is the role of HR in a organization. HR leader should talk on behalf of employees or represent employee to the management but here is other way round. VP HR threaten the employees and make employee uncomfortable working in the operation. The office has become not a pleasant place to come and work as before with this person’s presence in the office. She always looking around or hunting for someone to be victimised. This has become her main goal and target. She never listen to employees problem or try to resolve any employee problem. Always do self promotion and act like ONLY SMART person in HR matters when come to the employee issues handling. It is high time she should go and learn from some good HR leaders on what is the real HR best practises means. She need to learn how to respect every employee in all levels. Is this person qualified to be VP HR is big doubt in many employees mind but nothing demonstrated by this person to justify this in last 1 year plus. Worse ever HR Leader can be found in the town and worse ever HR been experienced in my service years in OS HRS. Not sure how long more need to be in the same company with this person. I will feel safe when I leave this company and do not have be in same place with this person who is like a walking DEVIL. This company will loose good staff from analyst level up to manager level with this person’s attitude and behavior. Operation and IT people are asset for this operation and not HR VP. This HR VP is definitely is a liability contribute to this company’s downfall which is visible now.

Mostly Horrible

Pros

only positive is close to MRT

Cons

The rest is simply horrible. Start from HR all the way to operations and to IT is nasty. The attrition is really or very high or bad. We don't get replacements on time which causes more errors due to headcount shortages. With whom we can complain when HR/management is very rude to us/employees? The HR manager will force others to follow the process, but her own team is very subjective. Issues are managed very unprofessionally and it's very annoying. No growth at all and they are bringing back all those left before with high premium yet not much progress. No confidence with new CEO. CTO and Ops Head really qualified for the title/role or been hired due to recommendations or internal politics ? In summary, all with good premium hurting/revenge the newly hired or with attacking mode ~ where is the professionalism? No progress with new system or solutions yet half delivered/cook solutions which enforced for manual process which root for many mistakes. We operation team struggle almost every day and night. People have been asked to work without proper planning and expect us to do round the clock and mentions CEO names or threatening will lose jobs...with whom we can complain? and we will get pressure from almost everyone 24 x 7. No Weekend and No PH and only none payroll team like HR and finance the one mostly enjoying all good holidays and the rest are on fire. The C3 manager was very rude in many meetings yet no action was taken even bringing the matter to HR/management (No use since all same only) I got feeling HR only cares about Msia ee’s and even our salary delayed, and OT not paid sometime, and no one bothered. A simple answer will be said it will cater for next month~ without any RCA provided. It’s a really a double standard practiced. I won't be surprised if they send another bulletin to all since, we are complaining about Management/leadership/ethics issues.
