Pros
The only pro is working with people that are easy to talk to.
Cons
-Employee sometimes go MONTHS without being paid -The one lead there has no idea on how to properly code -They're still using Ruby -_- <---- enough said - I reiterate employees sometimes go months without getting paid -Employees that get hired that actually know what they are doing leave very quickly myself included. -Oh yeah they sometimes don't pay your health insurance, and somehow forget to tell you that you've been dropped. -Don't work here.
