Low salary not worth it

- very slow career progress if you don’t know how to suck up to the top mgmt - political and favouritism over people who have worked for many years - underpaid and exploited for responsibilities outside of your job scope - unprofessional HR and management who have no respect to people - HR refused to pay the last pay check on the last working day and blatantly lied that it’s not against MOM’s laws and dare staff to call MOM and check - most people have worked for more than 15 years are just there to retire - if you’re someone passionate about product, innovation, hardware and software development, look elsewhere this place is not for you, don’t waste your life here
