      Fellow employees are willing to help you understand what your role and responsibility are

      Cons

      Leadership will retaliate if you ask questions about there policies, you can get a pay cut with out any documentation to back it up, the company works by keeping there employees in fear for there job.

      Interesting projects. Lots of opportunities to learn new software. I had a wonderful manager.

      Not paid well. Low hikes even when company seems to be doing well.
