Pros

-Flexible schedule -Possible promotions -Learn better communication skills

Cons

-Managers often don't listen -Don't trust employees -Managers often blame others instead of leading -The work environment is extremely biased towards mostly females -Pay for the work you do and the rewards you get are absolute garbage -If you mess up it will be your fault -You're pawn scum and will often be treated as such by all the higher ups -Numbers are the only thing that matters to upper management and if you do good there you will get a promotion whether you are qualified or not -Disciplinary action is the worst I have ever seen at a business -If they make a promise to you to have a job coming back from the summer do not trust them -You eventually realize the work you put in is a waste of time and the money you make doesn't even help you financially in the slightest and only helps the school

Pros

Bonus pay and the opportunity to work a flexible schedule if you need to. Leadership is very family oriented.

Cons

Very cliquish from top management to middle management. Questionable ethics and loyalty from some senior coordinators. Training needs improvement and is not cost effective leaving new staff to fend for themselves while being held accountable with no real support from their team.

Pros

Exceptional Benefits. Depending on what department you work with, you will have amazing co-workers. Top management was great, except for the one executive that was over me, and it was bad enough to cause a lot of good people to leave. The cause is a good one, but the politics sometimes distracts from the good.

Cons

Organizational Politics. The end up keeping people they should let go, which causes the good workers to get overwhelmed and leave. This ends up fostering bad work ethics. The hard workers get more and more work, but without being recognized for it.
