      Pros

      OTR is great! My coworkers are nice and easy to work with. The owners and upper management are genuine and down to earth. They do not overwhelm you and truly care about you as a person.

      Pros

      The company is currently growing so there is opportunity for growth at every level. I personally enjoy going to work because of the atmosphere. People are always working hard but not afraid to joke or play music and have fun at all locations. Great place to work if you want to feel like part of a Team!

      Cons

      There are so many pros to working at OTR. I don't really have any cons. Good benefits, great atmosphere, everyone matters no matter their position, room for growth, competitive pay, and much more.
