OTS Solutions is a pathetic company run by Hemant Madaan. For freshers the stipend is just Rs 4000. They will increase your 6 months training period upto 3 months and may be more than that and then they will fire you. So your 9 months gets wasted and also u get only 4000 rupees for each month. For Freshers it is a complete NO NO. They also have a bond of 2yrs, and if some one breaks it, no matter what may be the cause, he/she has to pay Rs 1,20,000 as panelty. Hemant Madaan is such a jerk who just dont care about the employees and who only cares about the money. Infrastructure is very poor. Even the washrooms do not have proper water supply. Om Tat Sat Solution exploits and blackmails its employees, so guys please think twice before joining any such company. They never give appraisal to their employees on time. They have appraisal cycle but they never follow it. Even the HR of the company do not know anything about the proper appraisal nor they take accountability for it. They have only one motto, if the old/ exp employee wants to leave then he may leave they wont ask him to stay back, instead they will hire a new employee and then again will not give any appraisal to him too. This gets repeated.

Too many to mention. Hemant is as poor of a business owner as they come. Doesn’t have respect. Hemant sell himself as a cto and also lists this as a duty he can perform for a startup. He is however unable to prove any of this and refuses to get testimonials to show he’s performed these duties. Hemant is a liar and a scam artist. Company is such a bad understanding of what they need to do. Massive break down between clients needs and desires over the end result due to a poor grasp of the English language. No health, no benefits. Demands are beyond the norm, expected To start work at 8am and work and travel till late night to attend events. Wages and commissions unpaid. Lied again didn’t meet the expectations of the contract. No offices in nj ny only in Dallas vast majority of work is done in India. Red flag. No training and no on boarding. Jumpgrowth has been set up to get over the down falls of ots.
