      Pros

      I was afraid to join OTSAW when I read the reviews. But over a year working here, I am glad that I made the right decision to join OTSAW. Drama free environment. Friendly people and supportive bosses. A lot of sportive activities. CTO - Louis is the nicest boss I have ever worked with. He listens and supports all people in the team. I like to discuss and share things with him. Very good listener and problem-solver.

      No bonus, employee’s welfare not good, salary not good.

      Pros

      CTO is young and inexperienced but he is a good listener and supporter. Very friendly colleagues

      Cons

      Office is quite far. Salary is not very competitive compared to others. The management should define their goals and explain clearly to the staffs.
