      Pros

      The company is innovative in its approach

      Cons

      People work very long hours. Men are promoted far more frequently than women. They change directions and move people amongst departments far too often. Management likes people who act fake over people that are real. They have a high turnover.

      Met some great people who are still friends.

      An overall lack of cohesion, overworked employees, lack of organization and failure to communicate procedures, changes, almost any type of information to employees in a clear manner.

      Pros

      Compensation is the only reason I can think of to work at OTX, unless you consider bagel fridays a real pro.

      Cons

      Xxtremely long hours, management treats employees with very little or no respect, employees expected to forgo any life outside of work, and compensation benefits end when you lose overtime pay.
