Pros

Tasks tend to be simple, even for Coders, and they pay really well. There are times where there are a lot of projects available. Project administrators tend to be helpful (at least in LATAM Coders).

Cons

Communication even after being hired is bad. Project reviewers tend to be undertrained (1 week of being in a project and they get promoted to reviewers) and may provide unfair reviews. Some can be disputed, some cannot. Projects tend to be messy at the start, even the project administrators don't know the instructions very well sometimes, which creates a task reviewing mess since no one knows the definite answer. Sometimes there are no projects for weeks, it's not a good primary source of income, unless you know how to hedge against the low-work phases.
