      You can meet good people.

      Cons

      The owner/manager is a serious micro manager. Will try to bully people that they can. No team building and enjoys trying to pit the different departments against each other. Basically don't work here...it's not worth it.

      Employees were great to work with - however it was a constant revolving door, once you got a clear picture of the management style you bolted.

      Salary, senior management, mostly senior management, needs better benefits, needs better work life balance

      Pros

      Constant check-ins, prompt responses on communications, very informative throughout the hiring and extension process.

      Cons

      The hiring process took a very long time, but I have a feeling it was on the client side, not Outsource Consulting.
