1. You get to learn new concepts and solutions everyday. 2. I haven't feel that I'm doing the same type of task each day. Each task gives you a new knowledge and experience. 3. Such a friendly environment which is important since I'm going to spend most of the time in a day here. 4. Even though this is a startup, I haven't felt there won't be any job security. Every factor depends on your capability. 5. Providing benefits like holidays, leaves, permissions is a big deal for me in a startup. 6. One of a important pros is that, employee is treated as most valuable asset than anything else. 7. And finally, you will be get paid more compared to other startup companies. If you are going to work same kind of stuff without improving skills, this not the place for you. It will be great if you are spending the early stages of your career here. I'm glad that I got selected & work here.
