      Pros

      Supportive culture, with a collaborative and driven team of colleagues. My job is rewarding, every role I've had has been clear with how it contributes to the company vision - feel valued and motivated!

      Cons

      At times it can be high-pressure and requires agility which may not suit all. Though this is hardly a con, as there's always a team to support :)

      There’s a strong sense of purpose, pride in the brand, and a 'one team' mindset that you feel day‑to‑day. The opportunities for growth and development are great — if you’re motivated, committed, and willing to step up, you’re supported to do so. Leadership encourages ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement, and your ideas are listened to.

      Cons

      Like any growing global business, things can move quickly and change often — but if you enjoy variety and momentum, this is more of a positive than a negative.
