Training seemed jammed-packed but someone would always help if you asked.

They lack communication from the higher up staff to the workers and put all the blame on whom they feel to put it on even when it’s upper management that’s at fault they do not own up to their own mistakes makes it a toxic environment if you go above and beyond your job description to manny times they expect it 100% of the time and when you don’t you get asked what happened and talked to as if your not doing good enough
