      Terrible place to work at, poorly managed & low employee moral

      Pros

      OXEA pays well in comparison to their peer companies. Good central location in the Dallas area. Close proximity to DFW airport. Great 401 K Plan.

      Cons

      Management by fear is a common practice at this company. Not enough training provided for job especific tasks. Company does not support a healthy work-life balance. Micromanaging style. Company still young so many of the processes are not yet in place. Too much internal competition & back stabbing amongst the employees, particularly the female staff. Some of the Managers practice favoritism and support a culture of gossip & "tattle tale".

      a good place to start your career, but the only way to move up after that is to leave

      Cons

      The area is truly the middle of nowhere. And while the compensation was good in the past they are starting to fall behind
