They didn’t want to train me. I had to keep asking if they need help to try and learn. Borderline getting ignored. Then they would say they don’t need help. So I would end up sitting there. The communications shop is so toxic and two faced. They tell you it’s ok to smoke then use it to against you. Just say no smoking then. The worst thing is the local guy hired with me was trained and treated way better. To be honest it’s very racist how I was treated there. Can’t even imagine why hire me then. Also, they have so many rules that they use to fire people with. I almost got fired the first day because my boss didn’t even tell me about the dress code. What a joke it was like walking on eggshells. They all cry and rat on everybody there. Worst job experience I’ve ever had. Might be better if my dad or uncle worked there too. But it’s locals only at least in the communications shop.

work schedule not so good when you have low seniority. You dont know your schedule till 3pm the day before.
