Pros
12hr good benefits such as dental, and retirement. You choose your hours that you want to work and will sometimes get them if you are reliable.
Cons
Some times you will be asked to work overtime even if your doing a 12hr shift. Several people from different backgrounds and cultures did not like working with animals and some were even attacked or allergic to pets. Management said deal with it pretty much. - I know people who worked in the white Marsh Oak crest location worked for over 2 years and did not get a chance to work full time.
