      Pros

      Best Organisation to Start career- I joined through campus drive without any knowledge of the field. And I actually learned a lot. You will get ample opportunities to actually learn while working Good HR Dept- though she work from out of Nagpur but has very strong hold on each employee. U can reach her any time of the day for anything. Its a pleasure talking to her. Salary Hike after 6 months of Probation- But I got confirmed within 4 months and received a salary hike twice within 6 months. Respect hard working employees.

      Cons

      Bond - They have 2 - 3 yrs of bond which is an absolute cons. The salary release date is the 15th of every month which is quite late. 6 Days Working.
